1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WINS services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 19 years of age
Be a resident of Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada
Not be self-excluded from gaming activities
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Have only one account per person

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions must be made using payment methods registered in your name. We reserve the right to:

Set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits
Request identity verification before processing withdrawals
Refuse or reverse transactions that violate our policies
Charge fees for certain transaction types

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse may result in account suspension.

6. Fair Play

8. Limitation of Liability

WINS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in your account.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you, subject to verification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable regulations of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
